In all spheres of existence, humanity is faced with challenges which severely test the resilience of the human spirit. In confronting these existential issues, man has relied on his ingenuity, resourcefulness, innovative and improvisational abilities, as survivalist modes. Story Of My Life Detailed Shot For the artist, these attributes can be creatively applied, using the channel of artistic media, to address issues, as well as experiences that highlight the resilience of the human spirit to adapt to changes; move beyond all odds, and meaningfully appraise the past, positively engage the present and lay a better foundation for tomorrow. This has been the reason for the creation of this artwork titled "Story Of My Life". Based on this analogy, summing up my experience as an undergraduate. What Inspired me to create my Hyper Realistic Artwork "Dreams" - Fatola Israel

Last year September 2016, something happened and it will change my life forever. An old friend and I got into a very tense argument. He called me "Akúsèé" meaning a wretched and/or poor person. He said so many other silly things about me. I didn't forget (I don't think I ever will). At that time, I told myself that I would make him regret what he said on that very day. Series of events had came and gone, and I'm still driven by the passion and urge to make a mark, and to prove to the world, (and to those who look down on me) that I've got something on the inside, a virtue that doesn't need anyone's permission to triumph, even in the face of adversity. A few weeks ago, that "Old Friend" of mine was one of who joined my rally for votes in the recently concluded  # FarabaleArtBeat2 .0 which I won. I THANK GOD for where I am today and where I aspire to reach in the coming years. Everyone holds hi

Head Detail; African Woman HeavenlyArtz "African Woman" Story Thanks to a greater awareness about such life and death issues, women are taking charge of public health campaigns in many nations, at both local and national levels.   The increasing number of women in government positions is also of significant benefit in effecting change on vital issues. Artwork Review: "SOUNDS FROM THE OTHER SIDE" (The Creative fusion of Art and Music)

Image
Musician Stevie Wonder has said that "music is a world within itself, with a language we all understand." Music is a language, with or without words, serving as a medium for people from all walks of life to express their deepest thoughts and emotions. In fact, author Leo Tolstoy has described music as "the shorthand of emotion". Personally, I have thought about the dominating music genre at the moment, and how we easily sing along to the songs from these Artistes. One prominent musician doing justice to this on the African scene is Wizkid , which is why I have chosen him as the subject matter in this Art piece. Without doubt, he has proven himself as a polymath in the fusion of contemporary Afro-Pop in grand style. Sounds From The Other Side (Detailed Shot) Of course, the musical experience goes beyond simply listening to it; as an exercise in creativity and as a social activity, music involves considerable emotional and cognitive investmen
